Abstract

This report analyzed the critical issues that determine the success of cultural change and the dynamics of reverse slip in the design of targeted adaptive organizations (High performance organization). These are not theoretical hypotheses. They are based on social practice, which strongly proves that high performance is achieved when: (1) values and attitudes consistent with the business and cultural resources, and (2) the behavior of organizational members is based on these values. When there are other dynamics often get good and solid results, but not organizational excellence. If management is based on principles, it is impossible otherwise slip and organizational culture develops to its design specifications. Analyze and cultural characteristics of the target adaptive organizations requirement for initiating and implementing changes. Identify critical issues in the management of cultural change and the dynamics of reverse slip, where organizations have not developed the capacity for renewal in the context of dynamically changing environment.
