Abstract
The article presents a series of studies with a Bulgarian fear of success questionnaire. The studies show that fear of success is significantly negatively connected with achievement motivation, motivation for higher education, tendency for self-serving biased attribution, willingness to report personal success. It is positively correlated with neuroticism, pessimism and submissiveness in interpersonal relationships.
