Въвеждането на ISO 9001 - управленско задача в условията на активен инвестиционен процес

Abstract

Ways and difficulties arisen at the introduction of ISO 9001 in the conditions of active introduction process are considered in the article. The experience shared by the representative of the private company AGRIA S.A., Plovdiv, is typical of the most companies in the conditions of economic passage. At the beginning the character of Agria's activity is described and the way passed from the foundation of the company to these days. The difficult process of realization by the management team of the company the necessity of introduction of ISO 9001 up to its development, introduction and supporting is emphasized. The obstacles for realization of that initiative are described. The role of the consulting company, which actively helps the activity of the working gropes formed in the company, is emphasized. The article gives the concrete information for passing of the certification odit. The accent is given on discrepancies detected in connection with ISO 9001 and the reason for their existence. At the end of the presentation conclusions concerning the further work on supporting and improvement of ISO in Agira S.A. are drawn.
