Abstract

Expanding of the industrial and food production is based on the excessive use of the resources of nature and things aregradually taking a turn for the worse. The authors suggest, in the future, the mechanisms of the assessment of the gross national product to take account of the real price of the natural resources, including the expenses for environment sustainability. The society needs a balance between the benefits of economic growth and the losses of nature.
Non-observance of the requirements of sustainable environment in the regionl, national amd international frames is the reason for the present ecological crisis which can expand to an ecological catastrophe in the environment. We need a new ecological strategy based on scientific achievements and wide economy and social culture.
