Abstract
The state borders and sovereignty are a dynamic category of International Law. They arise in a certain historical context, develop and quite in the order of things they change their essence and meaning in modern international relations. This fact leads to new interpretations, which in their own sense are reducing the significance of borders and sovereignty, and find expression in a notion such as “overstate sovereignty” in an approach such as the humanitarian interventionalism and in the transformation of integration communities into competent subjects of international relations.
