Abstract
The survey presents the importance of Vulture Center “Eastern Rhodopes” for the development of sustainable tourism and voluntary activities in the region of Madjarovo. It provides information for some best practices for ornithological, educational and ecotourism, combined with adventure and cultural activities. General proposals are given for specific tourist products, interaction with local authorities and contribution to the nature conservation and environmental education.
