Abstract

The essence of planning is expressed in the definition of objectives and how they can reach based on the formation of a set of activities that should be implemented, selection of the necessary methods and means, as well as resources and coordinate the actions of participants in the project. Developing of the plans covers all stages of creating and implementing of the project. It includes the manager's participation in the development of the concept of the project, the choice of strategic decisions, learning the details, preparation of contract proposals, the conclusion of contracts, performance of the activities and ends at the completion of the project.
