Abstract

Today's structure of university programs developed over past centuries that are repeatedly updated and modified on small parts requires totally new concept for the realization of advanced training programs in ICT. Outdated architecture of classical academic programs make them completely inadequate in terms of disruptive innovation that is coming from of modern online technology. The question to be decided is not what kind of technologies we must use to make training modern, but how to use thеse technologyes properly, considering disruptive innovations coming from online innovations and new players in the market. Implementation of old school regulations should be considered totally inappropriate for making delays in the entry of new commers in online learning field. Academics must understand that we need to create entirely new curriculum that will be really flexible and expandable to support long term evolution of today's education.
