Abstract

Cloud computing system is not a product, not a service and is not a technology. This is an approach that leads to a new strategy that incorporates complete rethinking of the role of information technology (IT) in organizations. Old notions of work IT divisions must give way to a new approach giving priority to the work of IT.
Design and creation of a system for Cloud computing is necessary modernization of IT. In the area of information and communication technologies a virtualization is a term in common use, which generally refers to the use of computing resources to simulate the real hardware, operating systems, platforms, etc. Virtualization makes it possible to start multiple operating systems and application software on a hardware machine that simultaneously allows for efficient use of available resources.
