Abstract

The report’s objects of research are the main requirements in the process of formulating the team goals. It’s focus lies on self-managed work teams (SMWT) – a group of workers, responsible for management and execution of specific tasks, related with production and realization of goods and services for the internal and external consumer. In other words, the structural characteristics of SMWT are being analyzed. The efforts are directed towards the formulation of specific goals, division of roles and responsibilities, methods of taking decisions, SMWT leadership and functions of the leader.
