Abstract
Informal education / learning is an essential part of our life - our personal and unique experience. Viewed in the five contexts: normative (3 law, 2 strategies), project, European, theoretical and public. The leading theory is that the school can and should be developed as an "educational triad", bringing together the needs, interests and synchronized actions of students, teachers, parents, local business, community and civil society, which focuses on personality of student. Presents place and role of all school systems through the prism of three types of educational activities: formal, non-formal and informal education that make up the educational triad. Referred opportunities for practical development of informal learning in school through student self-management, the validation of knowledge, skills and competences achieved and developed through informal learning.
