Abstract

Mobility is a leading factor in modern life. Currently, worldwide there are over 200 million mobile phone users and that number continues to grow. A substantial part of those users are engaged in a type of organized activity, including businesses, community organizations and others. Typical of every organization is striving to minimize its costs. This is especially true for modern businesses, which are placed in conditions of strong competition. As a result, companies and organizations are forced to cut prices or to maintain a relatively low price levels. From here, respectively, and reduced profits. In this case, it is logical to focus on reducing costs, both direct and indirect and including the telephone calls. In the report will be presented a rational way to significantly reduce the cost of telephone calls. According to the tariffs of telecommunications operators, calls from fixed lines to mobiles are more expensive than calls made between mobile phones only. This creates prerequisites for designing and implementing device - GSM gateway, which enables connection to public switched telephone network (Public Switched Telephone Network - PSTN) with the mobile network.
