Abstract
The present study reveals the experience of the manager of a small family business in tackling activities in the organizational development of his company through the introduction of changes in its organizational culture. The methodology used is that of Cammeron and Quinn (OCAI) for analyzing current and desired organizational culture. Within the phenomenological approach, the methodology of action research and the description of the presented case evaluation activities, are implemented the changes and interventions that lead to team and organizational development. The results and the lessons acquired from the initial stage of the project are discussed. What is demonstrated is the applicability of OCAI in the context of the development of small businesses.
