Abstract

This report examines the relationship between copyright and human rights, as they considered in the activity of the media. Clarified the legal nature of the two types of rights. Clarified are: freedom of expression through oral and written speech, the right of information and freedom of creativity. Analyzed the hypothesis of free use of works relating to the exercise of the right to education. Discussed the conflict between copyright and the Internet. The interaction between these rights need to find a balance between the interests of society and the individual, such as human rights should not be taken as absolute.
