Промени в закона за патентите

Abstract

The last changes in the Patent Law are decision of the most important problems in the scope of patent law (the examination system of inventions and utility models, disputes concerning infringement of exclusive rights, parallel protection of inventions and utility models) and they are expression of the harmonizing process of the Bulgarian legislation in this field with the Community right (protection of biotechnological inventions, supplemental protection certificates, border control, right to information in case of patent rights infringement). These changes are guarantee for creation of a stable national patent system.
