Developing and Maintaining Business Security Culture

Abstract

Security is extremely important. All social systems need security to be and to achieve their goals. Some of them are business organizations. Business security culture is a foundation of business security. Building and maintaining security culture has particularly managerial aspect. The goal of the current publication is to draw attention to this topic. It aims to shed light on the main aspects of the subject. The article follows three main tasks: 1) analysis of the business security concept; 2) analysis of the concept of business culture; 3) analysis of the development and maintenance of business security culture.
