Мотивация за работа в IT аутсорсинг сектора в България: емпирично проучване

Abstract

The article focuses on one of the fastest developing industries in Bulgarian Economy – outsourcing. The main aim of the study is to analyze the existence, strength and features of the relation between some specific characteristics of outsourcing management and work satisfaction and motivation through an empirical study in one of the leading IT outsourcing companies in Bulgaria. The article firstly discusses the main features of outsourcing in Bulgaria, then it presents the empirical study and its results to draw some specific and more general conclusions.
