Abstract

This article examines one of the most important problems which often arises in domestic and international trade, namely: the prohibition of the assignment of receivables in the contract for sale of goods or for supply of services between the supplier and its customers (debtors). The aim of this article is to analyze the law rules concerning the prohibition of the assignment of receivable in the national legislation and in the UNIDROIT Convention on International Factoring.
