Abstract

The report examines virtual managerial processes through the prism of the phenomenon of leadership. The focus is on managerial styles, specific leadership roles and responsibilities in a virtual context. Efforts are focused on identifying adequate levers and tools in the process of designing and managing virtual team structures. The new (integrative) e-leadership concepts, models and management strategies are analyzed in detail, focusing on the development of competencies (knowledge and skills) in the field of social relations and communication, trust building, new behavior and adapted management leadership to coordinate technologies and processes in a multicultural virtual environment.
