Abstract

Quality education is оnе of the main prerequisites for the development of any society. In recent years the Bulgarian education has established itself as one of the issues of greatest public concern. Only an educated nation can be rich, prosperous and competitive. Changes and transformations in higher education are indispensable and for this purpose it is helpful to examine international best practice and apply according to our interests and needs. Only through а new approach and а complete change of vision for higher education will be reduced negative trends and achieve the desired effects.
