Усъвършенстване на системата на органите на изпълнителната власт в Република България – проблеми и перспективи

Abstract

This report aims to present ideas for improving the system of the bodies of the executive power of the Republic of Bulgaria and the policies of the Bulgarian governments for their implementation in the period from 1991 to 2023. Following the analysis of scholarly research, strategic documents
and regulations, the problems in the construction and functioning of this administrative management system are identified. It is suggested that the political ideas for reforms in the system of the executive authorities, which were carried out in the pre-referendum period for full membership of the Republic of Bulgaria in the European Union, are also applicable in today’s conditions. The improvement of this system of administrative bodies requires new policies, strategies, and legislative changes enjoying a high degree of public approval.
