Abstract
This report uses two strategic tools to improve the effectiveness of the Mediterranean cross-border cooperation in terms of the aspects of "wider security" - a Strategic Map and a Balanced Scorecard. These tools help out to outline two possible ways to achieve the objectives set out in the ENI-CBC MED 2014-2020 cross-border program.
