Abstract
The report analyzes the benefits of cross-border cooperation (CBC) between Bulgaria and its neighboring countries (Romania, Greece, Serbia, Macedonia, and Turkey) regarding population and infrastructure protection in the 2014-2020 programming period. By selecting research criteria, the five partnerships are compared to present the CBC development. Also, this research paper explores achieved results (up to 2018) and expected results (up to 2023).
