Abstract
Modern corporate strategies represent a comprehensive approach to organizational
management, integrating theoretical concepts and practical tools to achieve sustainable development,
competitiveness, and value creation. They encompass key theories such as agency theory, stakeholder theory,
resource dependence, and knowledge-based strategies. Their main objective is to balance the interests of
shareholders, managers, and other stakeholders through effective control mechanisms, transparency, and
coordination. In today’s dynamic business environment, strategic management plays a crucial role in identifying
investment opportunities, managing corporate risks, and fostering innovation. Furthermore, the emphasis on
knowledge as a strategic resource supports value creation processes and long-term efficiency. Corporate
strategies are seen not only as a governance tool but also as a key factor in building partnerships, developing
human capital, and achieving sustainable market positioning.
