Abstract

A general overview about the space research projects in terms of methodology is synthesized, following the historical development of the matter. General conclusions and structural assessment is done according (mainly) the US experience with some adds of the next time stages in other countries. The final result is to extract the useful elements for direct use in the practice of the planning, realization and management to the recent space research projects.
