Abstract

The report analyzes the most popular models of the life cycle of organizations introduced in recent decades. It is noted that the most studies on the life cycle of the organization, are dominated by the organizational aspects and very little financial aspects. In this connection an attempt was made to propose an algorithm using a life cycle model, analogous to a medical examination to make organizational and financial analysis of the organization to make a diagnosis and treatment to take place.
