Project management is a methodology for the organization, planning, management and coordination of human and material resources for their life cycle. The general model of project management, provides insight into the combination and interconnection of basic concepts - life cycle functions and subsystems. Essential for their implementation is the existence of well-structured and organized system management team. Implementation of the project takes place within the form, the structure of which significantly affect the project itself.
