Abstract
The practice of the Supreme Court of Cassation on the application of art. 343 of Criminal Code (2012-2014: This paper was provoked by some interesting decisions of supreme judges in the last 2 years. They deal with the specifics of an accident (absence-of-fault acts) and the specific forms of the actus reus (the offence which inflicted the criminal result).
