Abstract

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the business landscape has moved digital leadership from a peripheral technical competence to a core strategic necessity, closely related to communication and social media. This article explores the evolving role of the digital leader as a "mediator" between algorithmic efficiency and human-centric organizational values.
Drawing on current trends in the global digital ecosystems, the study examines how AI transforms traditional management functions—specifically data-driven decision-making, automated content strategy, and team dynamics. The author argues that while AI provides unprecedented tools for optimization, the modern digital leader’s primary value lies in ethical stewardship, fostering an innovation-driven culture, and managing the "human-machine" collaboration. The research concludes that digital leadership in the AI era is defined not by technical mastery alone, but by the ability to navigate the intersection of technological capability and social responsibility.
