Abstract

Тhe themes related to the modernization and internationalization of higher education are multi-layered, inter-related, and dynamic, and could hardly be approached as being just two separated one from the other topics. The processes of modernization of national educational systems are inseparably linked to the processes of making the educational systems around the world adhere to the context of the globalization economic exchange, and that is valid to a very definite degree for the member states of the EU, following the launch of the Bologna Process and with the adoption of the Strategy “Europe 2020”.
