Abstract

The report is based on two key assumptions: the growing importance of cybersecurity as one of the essential aspects of the security of its various levels and the need for cyber capabilities building which are adequate to rapidly changing threats and cyber attacks. There are examples o f good practices for concepts, processes and strategies for
planning capabilities for cybersecurity.
