Особености на парламентарния дискурс – данни от корпусно изследване на парламентарните протоколи на 42то Народно събрание

Abstract

The article reports a corpus study of the parliamentary proceedings of the 42nd Bulgarian Parliament. On the basis of keyword lists the salience of words and concepts is explored. Associations are sought between objects and names established via specific clustering of words in the corpus. Conversely, prominent names and themes from public life are examined through keywords and frequencies in the parliamentary minutes. The research proceeds from the assumption that clustering of lexis of high frequency can be revealing about prominent tendencies in social life.
