Езикова бележка за думата битие (по повод на превода Д. Зашев на „Битие и време” от М. Хайдегер)

Abstract

Mony Almalech stresses on the difficulties to translate the terminology of Martin Heidegger into Bulgarian or any other language. On the occasion of the Bulgarian translation of Being and Time by Dr. Dimitar Zashev, Almalech reminds the opinion of Heidegger that “being’ has fizzy meaning in the philosophy and that Heidegger asks what kind of unity underlies the multiplicity of uses of the term. Almalech claims that Bulgarian readers also are not prepared for the term being (Sein; битие). It is because the term being (битие) is not used in any of the dialects of the Bulgarian language despite the fact that the word is invented at IX-th century to denote the Biblical Genesis. In Old and Current Bulgarian it means also life, existing. Almalech approves the work of Zashev as translator who keeps close to the method of Heidegger. That is why Zashev invented for Dasein – бъденето-ето-на. The conclusion of Almalech is that in the case of the works of Martin Heidegger it is not enough to learn Philosophy but also Etymology of our languages – a work that had been done by the translator Dimitar Zashev.
